During our almost 1 year collaboration on the project, Andreas has demonstrated a level of excellence that goes beyond expectations, making a significant impact on the success of our project. Andreas joined the project on mid-way; he has seamlessly integrated with the project team and established very good communication with both team and client from the start. He delivered with great quality making our QA team a bit "unsatisfied" . In addition to his technical skills, Andreas excels in self-management and independence. He takes ownership of tasks, manages time effectively, and consistently delivers results without constant supervision. His ability to work autonomously has been instrumental in the smooth progression of the project. He is an excellent "asset" on the project, and I hope we can work again together in future.

Had the luck of crossing paths with Andreas and have him working as a technical lead on a project. As soon as he started, it took literally no time for him to get up-to-speed and become a reference point for the frontend team as well as the infra and backend teams.
His wide and deep technical knowledge and understanding of modern frontend development standards have been paramount to project's success.
Besides that, Andreas his an extremely nice person, alway eager to help, propose creative solutions with positive attitude and good mood.
It's bean a pleasure having the change to work alongside him for almost 2 years.
