First of all, I have to say that we really had a lot of house viewings on site at the respective properties. (approx. 30) !

So we also got to know a lot of real estate agents.

Von Poll Immobilien stands out in the most positive sense!

Mr. Benjak and his team are outstanding in all, really all respects!
Whether presentation or preparation, execution or competence.

The special thing about Mr. Benjak, however, is that he is completely honest and says nothing that he cannot keep.

His empathy between the parties is brilliant.

His speed and competence with which he handles everything is in a class of its own.

Anyone who now thinks that this is over the top is probably right, but then they don't know Mr. Benjak.

The inspection was carried out honestly and openly. Nothing was glossed over, the problems were addressed openly and any damage was pointed out without being asked.
