Super service despite the very tense situation...

We were traveling by boat and I asked my brother to hand over the keys to the car in good time. Unfortunately, he took it a bit easy with "last man on board" and didn't come out at all. So the key was in the ship and Mr. Trebbin was on the other side. Accompanied by the police (normally at the port), the race against time got heated and I was only able to correspond by phone. While I was super tense, angry and really nervous, Mr. Trebbin was totally friendly and confident. If I were him, I think I would have gone crazy if the day tourists didn't manage to hand over the key and it came to a showdown at the harbor 🙈

In the end it worked out because he was very persistent and negotiated with the crew himself. What a thrill! So I can say - absolutely friendly, understanding and oh yes, it's also about the car...

We had a virtually brand new 7-seater that was in tip-top condition both inside and out. Collection and (actually) return were totally unproblematic. We also got tips for the excursion 👌

We were very satisfied with the entire process and the rental car.
All the important details were communicated in advance by email so that we found the meeting point straight away. As agreed, someone was at the meeting point on time for the handover and explained everything we needed to know about road traffic and the vehicle. During the 11 days there were no problems with the rental car and after our vacation we were able to return the car just as easily - park, keys and parking ticket in the car and off to the plane. The refueling policy is fair because the car is handed over full and returned with a full tank. I would book the rental car here again at any time because it was incredibly quick and uncomplicated. Thank you very much!

We reserved a rental car by phone on 10.2.24 for the following day. Very friendly advice in German. Documents and vehicle were prepared for the date ordered. Office and parking lot at the port of Rosario on the island of Fuerteventura centrally located at the port for cruise ships. Trustworthy handling in German with maps by employee Gregor on site, top car at the best conditions, absolute recommendation, will gladly use it again. Ronald and Astrid

A very good car rental company with very friendly and helpful staff and good cars at fair prices.
Everything worked perfectly and without any problems. We had a super nice day on Fuerteventura with a great VW Beatle Cabrio.
We can highly recommend West Atlantico 100%.

Car was perfectly clean and as good as new. Pick-up possible directly at the Fuerteventura marina, car was ready, return was also easy (parking and dropping off the keys). There are also good tips on roads and places worth seeing. We'd love to come back next time. Price for 1 day: 80 €

Came on a cruise ship and got our car very quickly. The car (VW Up) was perfect for the island tour. The service was excellent. The extremely friendly employee provided us with lots of helpful tips. Delivery was also problem-free. We can highly recommend the company.

Be it the nice employee at the airport, or a few days later the boss himself.
Both super nice, polite, friendly and kind.
Detailed explanation of the cars, information about the traffic rules on the island.
Very, very nice contact.
Also the two cars we had, the VW bus and the VW Caddy, both cars were top clean, both drove perfectly.
For us it is clear, only rent through West Atlantico, no long waiting times, in no time there is an employee and you get the rented car.
We can only say positive things about everything and would also recommend West Atlantico.
We will rent a car from you again next year.

I had rented a rental car from another provider and damage was caused to it by another vehicle. When I returned my rental car, there was no one on site on the part of the rental company and no one available by phone.
Although I had not rented the car from West Atlantico S.L., the people from West Atlantico helped me on the spot with great commitment by making contact with the rental company of my car and explaining in Spanish what had happened and what the next steps were that I should take. Without the excellent help of West Atlantico I would have been lost on the spot.
I highly recommend West Atlantico, the people are great! It is a pity that this company only exists on Fuerteventura so far. I will book my rental car at the next opportunity only through West Atlantico.

Great vehicle get (VW Beatle convertible), new, clean (despite the many sand on the island), in perfect technical condition, cash payment without giving credit card details so that you run the risk that the credit card is charged with services not provided or damage (has happened to me in the U.S.). When taking over the vehicle was already a welcome drink and information package on board.
