Joschua steckt ganz viel Liebe in seine Stunden und man fühlt sich (egal mit welchem Skill-Level) gut abgeholt und nach jedem Flow ein bisschen leichter und geerdet :-)

Seit der ersten Yoga & Dance Flow Stunde mit Joshua bin ich totaler Fan!
Jede Stunde ist super individuell: immer ein neuer Überraschungssong & eine coole Coreo.
Joshua hat eine total angenehme Art, nimmt alle Teilnehmer mit & steckt mit seiner positiven Energie total an. Ich habe nicht das beste Rhythmusgefühl aber fühle mich bei jeder einzelnen Stunde total wohl.
Kann den Kurs nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!
